Cabin Rentals: Cabin rentals can be made up to 7 days in advance depending on availability.

Cabin and RV rentals for only one night on the weekends can be made up to 2 days in advance and are based on availability.

Owners can reserve up to 3 units per stay. The first unit can be reserved in advance. You need to call back two days prior to your check-in date to reserve any 2nd or 3rd unit. You can reserve only one unit on major holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day weekends).

Group Reservations

  1. Requests for more than 10 guests per month or more than 3 units are considered group requests. Children under the age of 8 are not considered as guests. Group requests are approved according to availability. Groups must be approved by management before any reservation plans should be made.
  2. Group requests are accepted after January 1st of the year requesting. No requests will be taken later than 3 weeks prior to the desired date.
  3. There are no group reservations during the months of July and August. Groups can not utilize the Cabins during Thanksgiving or Christmas Week.
  4. All requests must be put in writing. No confirmations will be made over the phone. No exceptions! The letter of request should include: dates & times, number of guests, number of units and what sizes (maximum of 10 units; maximum 3 cabins, based on ownership type), and what facilities are needed (ie pavilion, trailers, lots,etc.).
  5. The pavilion can be reserved for a $50 fee and the hours of usage are from 11am-4pm.
  6. The Club House and Tour Center can be reserved for $200 plus a $100 deposit. They can be booked from 7pm-11pm but they are not available for rental on Memorial Day, 4th of July or Labor Day.
  7. Maximum number of guests permitted: Overnight - 50, Pavilion - 50, Club House - 100, Tour Center - 49.
  8. Only one group will be permitted per ownership during the summer season.
  9. The beach pavilion, gym, firepit and pools are common areas and can not be reserved or utilized by groups.
