Vendor Information & Registration
Ready to sell your wares? Set up shop and share your goods with the Wilderness community! Vendor spaces are just $15 per 12x12 space, and all types of second-hand, vintage, handmade, and unique items are welcome—with just a few restrictions (see below).
Vendor Quick Facts:
- Vendor Fee: $15 per 12ft x 12ft space
- Set-Up Time: Starts at 6:00 AM
- Clean-Up Deadline: By 3:00 PM
- Sign-Up Location: At the Gym (Wilderness Presidential Resort)
- Spots Assigned: First-come, first-served day-of the event
- Payment: Required at time of registration – no exceptions

Vendor Guidelines:
- Bring your own tables, tents, and chairs
- All items must stay within your rented 12x12 space
- Need more room? Reserve an extra spot
- No overnight setup allowed
- Event is rain or shine – no refunds
- Park in designated vendor areas, not at your booth
- Remove all trash and items by 3:00 PM
What You Can’t Sell:
Please note, the following items are not allowed at the market:
- Firearms, ammo, fireworks, or weapons
- Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or alcohol
- Tobacco or vape products
- Prepared food
- Political or religious materials
- Live animals or livestock
- Stolen, counterfeit, or broken items
- Pornography or adult materials
- Used undergarments or baby gear
- Gambling, raffles, or lotteries
Violations may result in removal without refund.
