Eden Try is a family-owned winery. It is located about 10 minutes from Wilderness Resort. It is a 12-acre boutique winery with a large, rustic barn; walking paths; and trickling fountains.

Strangeways Brewery
Strangeways Brewing Fredericksburg is a one-of-a-kind, 10,100-square-foot production brewery open to the public on a daily basis. It is located 20 minutes from Wilderness in downtown Fredericksburg It features many tasting rooms and 96 draft lines, which are split between the interior tasting room and the outdoor Biergarten.
The main tasting room is entirely temperature-controlled and features a 100-foot bar filled with hundreds of weird oddities and breweriana pieces. You can see the unique decor as well as the brewing equipment and operations from here. Two completely temperature-controlled private event areas, each with a distinct atmosphere, can easily hold anything from a small, more intimate gathering to huge groups of 200 or more people. They also have a great restaurant with three weekly menus: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each meal is unique and offers something for everyone. The same three concepts guided the creation of all menus. First, keep the menu beer-centric by incorporating 6B&G beer into the recipes and ensuring that the food interacts well with the brews. Everything from the sauces, glazes, and batters to the dessert crust contains 6B&G beer. Second, buy as much as possible from local farms to ensure long-term sustainability. Finally, they make as much as possible in-house from scratch.
