2024 Cancellation Policy - Reservation cancellations received 4-7 days prior to check-in are subject to a $75 cancellation fee per unit cancelled. Any cancellations received 2-3 days prior to check-in, will be charged in full for the first night. Any cancellation made the same day as check-in will result in the full room charge.

The Cool Springs Lakeside Camp Cabins include the One Bedroom, "Holly" Lakeside Camp Cabin offering lovely views of the Cool Springs Lake. These inviting cabins are cozy and comfortable. They sleep a total of six guests and include; a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, color TV with cable, high speed internet connection and central heat and air conditioning. Unwind on the porch, gather at the outdoor picnic table with chairs and an outdoor grill. Not your Uncle's Park Model RV's!

Each "Dogwood" Lakeside Camp Cabin is warm and welcoming and sleeps a total of six guests. The "Dogwoods" have a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, color TV with cable, high speed internet connection and central heat and air conditioning. Unwind and take in the surroundings with a spacious deck, picnic table, chairs and an outdoor grill. Not your Grandpa's park model RV, these camp cottages are beautiful!

Lakeside Memories
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days prior, up until 4pm on the day of your scheduled arrival, you will incur a $75 per room cancellation fee. If you do not show for your reservation on the scheduled day of check-in you will incur a charge of one night’s rental per room, and forfeit the remainder of your reservation. Repeat cancellations or no-shows are subject to additional terms. All changes or adjustments must be made with Wilderness Presidential Reservations prior to arrival and within business hours. No refunds are given for early departures or unused package items.
RESERVATION DISCLAIMER
Although the majority of the Lodging is placed lakeside, there are some units that are in close proximity and may not be directly next to the lake. We cannot guarantee that lakeside units are always available, therefore, are subject to availability.
